2021 NDUSC Refund Policy

Payment is due before the 2nd session of the season. 

Season Ending Injury:  Where a player suffers a season ending injury, certified by a physician, before the halfway point of the season they can request a 50% refund. If a player suffers a season-ending injury after the halfway point in the season, they are not eligible for a refund. All notifications of injury must be sent to NDUSC.

Refund requests must be made by email to treasurer@ndusc.ca.  Refund requests sent in any other manner will not be processed.  All refunds will be processed within four weeks after refund request is received.  Your refund will be mailed to you in the form of an e-transfer or cheque.
